New HOA Board Elected - Special thanks to our former board members for volunteering their time. At the board meeting in June, a new board was elected. See the Contacts section of this website for who and how to get in touch.
Safety - Please remember that the speed limit in our neighborhood is 15 mph. If you have to do a U-turn to get to your driveway, please drive on the correct side of the road.
Cleanliness - If you walk your pet in the neighborhood, please remember to pick up after it. Leaving your pet's poo in someone else's yard or the medians is wrong on many levels.
Communications - If you have not provided the board with an e-mail address, please send an e-mail to info@beauregardestates.com as soon as possible. It's the green way to go and promotes a more free exchange of information. All e-mail address are kept private.
